📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Manage the financial team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Implement and maintain robust financial controls and internal policies.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, providing insights and recommendations.
• Manage tax compliance and planning, ensuring accurate and timely filings.
• Drive financial performance and contribute to strategic planning.
• Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record in financial management and leadership.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
• Certification in accounting or finance (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
• Proficiency in using financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
