📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily room inspections and cleaning to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Use Housekeeping Management System (HMS) to manage and track room status and tasks efficiently.
• Maintain and restock guest rooms and public areas with necessary amenities and supplies.
• Report any maintenance issues to the front office or maintenance team promptly.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping supervisor to ensure all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.
• Assist in special events and large group accommodations to ensure a seamless experience for guests.
• Promote a culture of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hotel.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for all guests and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• Familiarity with Housekeeping Management System (HMS) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to lift and move up to 20 kg with ease.
• Basic knowledge of English is a plus.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Enthusiasm for providing exceptional guest service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
