📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the supervision of daily production activities.,Monitor and maintain production schedules and targets.,Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met.,Coordinate with the production team to resolve any issues or challenges.,Maintain accurate records of production data and reports.,Assist in the implementation of safety protocols and procedures.,Support the Production Supervisor in training and developing junior staff.,Participate in the development and improvement of production processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the agricultural or production sector.,Familiarity with production processes, quality control, and safety protocols.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
