📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of store staff, providing guidance and support to achieve store objectives.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase store sales and customer engagement.,Monitor store inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service to both in-store and online customers.,Collaborate with other store managers and the corporate office to drive store performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
