📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Ensure system availability and performance by implementing proactive measures and troubleshooting issues.,Provide technical support to employees, including hardware and software installations, configurations, and troubleshooting.,Manage user accounts, access rights, and security policies.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.,Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery planning to protect critical data.,Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless operation of IT systems.,Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance IT capabilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in system administration or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and network protocols.,Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.,Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.,Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
