This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our vehicle fleet. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling regular maintenance and inspections.,Oversee the fuel and oil consumption, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with regulations.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure timely and efficient vehicle usage.,Monitor and maintain vehicle documentation, including insurance, registration, and service records.,Investigate and resolve any vehicle-related issues or accidents promptly.,Ensure compliance with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and any issues that need attention.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
