📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental operations and processes.,Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff to enhance team capabilities.,Monitor and evaluate departmental performance, setting and achieving key performance indicators.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.,Manage budgets and resources to ensure financial efficiency and compliance.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and innovation.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Proven track record of successfully leading teams and driving departmental success.,Strong understanding of HR policies and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
