📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet including staffing, scheduling, and performance monitoring.,Ensure the outlet meets sales targets and maintains high customer satisfaction levels.,Implement and maintain inventory control systems to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.,Oversee the visual merchandising and store layout to enhance the shopping experience.,Conduct regular training sessions for staff to improve product knowledge and service skills.,Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.,Collaborate with the regional manager to ensure consistent brand standards and promotional activities.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive brand image.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.,Proficiency in using retail management software and data analysis tools.,Understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail laws and regulations.
