As our Inventory Supervisor, you will be the backbone of our operations, working closely with our team to maintain precise inventory records, manage stock levels, and ensure timely restocking. You will utilize tools like SAP and Excel to streamline processes, and your keen eye for detail will be crucial in maintaining our high standards of quality and efficiency.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using SAP and Excel.
- Conduct regular stock counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Manage stock levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
- Identify trends in inventory usage to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
- Train and mentor junior staff on inventory management best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.
- Provide regular reports on inventory status and trends to management.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in the F&B industry.
- Proficient in using SAP and Excel for inventory management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with inventory control software and best practices.
