📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage daily pharmacy operations, including inventory, sales, and customer service.
  • Oversee staff scheduling and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy performance.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Participate in staff training and development programs.
  • Handle any complaints or issues that arise in the pharmacy.
  • Contribute to the overall success and growth of Apotek Sari Sembako.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmacy operations.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in using computer software for pharmacy management.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.
  • Ability to work in a team and take initiative.
