📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to the restaurant's standards and recipes.,Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a timely manner to meet customer demands.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including proper storage and disposal of food waste.,Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.,Work with the Head Chef to plan and prepare daily specials and menu items.,Train and supervise junior kitchen staff as needed.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Assist in the development and implementation of new menu items and recipes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Knowledge of various cooking techniques and methods.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards.,Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
