Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content,Review and edit technical documents for clarity, consistency, and correctness,Assist in developing and implementing technical writing processes and tools,Provide support to customers and internal teams with technical questions and issues,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
