One Data Sentosa is seeking a talented and experienced Lead Civil Engineer to join our team. As a Lead Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and maintenance of civil infrastructure projects. You will work closely with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, design, and construction of civil infrastructure projects.,Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.,Conduct site inspections and provide technical advice to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.,Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.,Develop and maintain technical drawings, specifications, and other project documentation.,Mentor and train junior engineers and other team members to ensure the continued growth and development of the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.,Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant design software.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes, regulations, and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.,Experience with project management software such as MS Project or Primavera is a plus.
