Pro Hub Corporindo is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Medical Representative to join our team in Pematangsiantar, Sumatera Utara. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare providers and patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the medical field, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping people.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, including doctors, pharmacists, and nurses.,Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to target markets, achieving sales targets and quotas.,Conduct medical education and training sessions to healthcare providers to enhance product knowledge and usage.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities for product growth and improvement.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase product awareness and sales.,Provide excellent customer service and support to healthcare providers and patients.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company goals and objectives.,Participate in product launches and promotional events to drive sales and market penetration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical sales industry.,Strong understanding of the medical field and pharmaceutical products.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
