Mart Data Mandiri is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Senior Accountant to join our team in Mempawah. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the accounting functions of our company, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the accounting functions of the company, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial records and compliance with regulatory requirements.,Lead and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information is available for decision-making.,Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proven track record of success in managing and overseeing accounting functions.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Knowledge of Indonesian accounting regulations and best practices.
