📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Develop and implement store strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to drive overall business goals and initiatives.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective product delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of driving store performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate store staff.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Understanding of local market trends and consumer behavior.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
