🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully hiring and onboarding top talent.,Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and data analysis.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
