📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage tax consulting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.,Provide expert tax advice and recommendations to clients, helping them navigate complex tax regulations and optimize their tax positions.,Conduct thorough tax audits and reviews, identifying potential tax risks and opportunities for improvement.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.,Stay up-to-date with the latest tax laws and regulations, and provide training to the team on new developments.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of tax strategies into overall business objectives.,Prepare and present comprehensive tax reports and analyses to clients and stakeholders.,Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, with a strong track record in managing complex tax projects.,Professional certification in taxation (e.g., CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is a plus.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and tax software tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations is highly desirable.,Ability to travel frequently to meet client needs.
