📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage production processes to ensure timely completion of tasks.,Monitor production quality and implement corrective actions as needed.,Maintain and update production schedules and reports.,Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and communication.,Conduct quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards.,Manage inventory and ensure adequate stock levels for production needs.,Collaborate with other departments to meet production goals and deadlines.,Implement and adhere to safety protocols in the production environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in production management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control methods.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.,Familiarity with inventory management and ERP systems is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for work purposes.
