Bloom Cloud Pratama is looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing key client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities and implementing strategies to increase revenue.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Monitor client accounts and provide regular reports on performance and trends.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to grow the business.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.,Attend and participate in industry events and conferences as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in a technology or service-based industry.,Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Experience with remote work and collaboration tools is a plus.
