In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for various building services and innovative projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BIM software and a passion for delivering high-quality, innovative solutions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain accurate Building Information Models (BIM) for various building services and innovative projects.,Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure BIM models meet project requirements and standards.,Conduct clash detection and resolution to identify and resolve conflicts in BIM models.,Generate and maintain project documentation, including drawings, schedules, and reports.,Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM software and industry trends to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.,Provide technical support and training to junior BIM modellers as needed.,Participate in project reviews and meetings to ensure project goals and milestones are met.,Contribute to the development and implementation of BIM standards and best practices within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Building Sciences, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM modelling for building services and innovative projects.,Proficiency in BIM software, including Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.,Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Ability to meet tight project deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
