📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, install, and maintain CMP equipment in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.,Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.,Conduct regular equipment calibration and validation to ensure compliance with industry standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and new technologies.,Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of equipment issues.,Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and technicians.,Monitor equipment performance metrics and report on trends and anomalies.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor equipment engineering, with a focus on CMP technology.,Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.,Proficiency in equipment maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting.,Experience with CMP equipment from leading manufacturers such as Applied Materials, Lam Research, or Tokyo Electron.,Knowledge of semiconductor industry standards and best practices.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
