🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, project management, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a similar industry or project management context.,Proven track record of success in leading and managing teams, with a demonstrated ability to achieve project goals and objectives.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.,Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.,Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
