📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and executing daily menus, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.,Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Maintain and organize the kitchen inventory, ensuring all ingredients and supplies are available and properly stored.,Prepare and cook various dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts, according to established recipes and customer preferences.,Monitor food costs and suggest cost-effective measures to improve kitchen efficiency.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and hygiene practices.,Stay updated with the latest culinary trends and techniques to continuously improve our menu offerings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and culinary skills.,Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines is a plus.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Must be fluent in English and Indonesian.,Valid food handler's license and clean driving record.
