This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support.,Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and reduce waste.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage the flow of goods.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse.,Monitor and improve warehouse processes to enhance performance.,Handle and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the warehouse team.,Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accurate records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven experience in inventory control and logistics operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the warehouse setting.
