🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Beauty Therapy, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the beauty or wellness industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and operations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
• Certification in beauty therapy or a related field is a plus
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
