📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs and concerns are met.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Stay up-to-date with FINRA regulations and industry best practices.
• Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Train and mentor new team members on customer service best practices.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of customer service strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• FINRA Series 7, Series 63, and Series 66 licenses.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of FINRA regulations and industry best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred but not required).
