📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Manage the financial team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Implement and maintain robust financial controls and internal policies.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, providing insights and recommendations.
Manage tax compliance and planning, ensuring accurate and timely filings.
Drive financial performance and contribute to strategic planning.
Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Proven track record in financial management and leadership.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
Certification in accounting or finance (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
Proficiency in using financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
