📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including social media, digital, and traditional marketing efforts.
• Support the marketing team in creating and managing content for various channels, including websites, social media platforms, and email newsletters.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Assist in the coordination of events and promotions, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals and objectives.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including data entry, scheduling, and other tasks as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and insurance.
• Contribute to the development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program or have recently graduated with a degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, with a focus on digital and social media marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
